Grate/peel zucchini with the peeler as noodles. Chop garlic and ginger in the chopper. You need tamari sauces, red chilies sauce, vinegar, salt and white pepper.
Saute garlic and ginger in a pan quickly saute and add zucchini.. add all sauces and dry spices.. mix it quickly and add cut Tofu.
Zucchini can leave the water as soon as it gets warm… I enjoyed the water as the doicy and healthy broth..
