Amritsari Pindi Chana (Stage 2, lunch)

Recipe :- 100 gm soaked kala Chana(black cheakpeas), 1/4 tsp each of , turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder, Indian chana masala powder, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2 clove garlic chopped, 1/2″ piece ginger grated, 1/2 tomato chopped, green chillie chopped (opt) pink salt according to the taste ,1cup water . 

Method :- put everything inside a pressure cooker and give 7/8 whitstles on medium heat and turn off the gas stove. After pressure released open it and adjust the consistency and seasoning according to the taste. Add chopped coriander leaves and Serve hot. U can add chopped onions and lime juice on it. (Opt) Good for stage 2 lunch.
